Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Hudson&Canal purchase and offer a 30-day return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Assembled and final sales items cannot be returned.
For returns not due to defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we charge a flat fee of $50 per item. As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to our warehouse in good condition, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Hudson&Canal sometimes charges shipping (“Shipping Fee”). When Hudson&Canal chooses to do so, the Shipping Fee is non-refundable, including on returned items (unless the item is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped). When Hudson&Canal charges a Shipping Fee, the Restocking Fee is calculated from the amount you paid for the product minus the Shipping Fee.

Order Cancellations
Our warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received the same day to have the best chance of being cancelled. Orders canceled after they have been shipped will be subject to our standard return policy. Warranty
We offer a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defect, damaged and/or missing parts. If there are any issues with your product during this time, please email support@hudsoncanal.com
Please be sure to include your original order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Shipping
We currently only ship to the continental United States. We are currently unable to offer rush shipping.
Tracking
It can take 24-48 hours for a tracking number to update once it has been created. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive regular updates as your order makes it way to your home.
